Crab Feast Info


    You and/or your guests will need one of the following:

    • Hard copy/paper copy of ticket
    • Pre-printed (FULL PAGE) on line Mission Ticket
    • Downloaded ticket on any smart-phone/tablet.


    ALL Tickets Must have the scan able QR/UPC code visible and intact.

    (Tickets may only be scanned once).

    If you have purchased the requisite number of tickets, the gates will open at 0930 hours for setup of your tent/banner by you.  NO visitors/guests may enter at this time.

    Follow the instructions of the attendant(s) on site for off-loading.  One of the volunteers will direct and advise you to your location.

    ALL personnel MUST exit the facility by 1130 hours and re-enter through the main gates with their ticket(s).

    Remember to bring your ticket with you when you arrive for set-up.  NO Exceptions!

    Please remind your Guests to car-pool to the event.  2 or more individuals per vehicle are required.  Those not in compliance will be instructed to use the satellite parking facility.




    The Propeller Club of Baltimore has once again partnered with Charm City Ice for an “Ice Truck” to be on site from 10:30 hours onwards.

    20 lb. bags of ice will be available for $4 per bag.  CASH only.  Exact change is appreciated.

    If you need a receipt, one may be obtained from the Propeller Club volunteers at the front check in table.
