NEW HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS FOR CONTAINERIZED CARGO PERMITS
On May 18th, Maryland State Highway Administration released updated restrictions for Memorial Day. The original restrictions went into effect at 1200 on Friday and no movements could occur until 9 A.M.
